Full Service Design Packages

Questionnaire + Discovery Call
Once you click “Book Your Discovery Call”, you will be prompted to fill in our Project Questionnaire and schedule your 30 minute call with Chanel. During this time together, we will establish your wishlist and must-haves, uncover how The Suite Pea can deliver the best value to you, and understand how you envision using the space every day with your little one.

Proposal + Timeline
We take all of the information gathered during our call and follow up with a no obligations custom proposal and timeline within 48 hours.

In-Home Consultation
Once the proposal is approved, you will be able to schedule your in-home consultation. We will come to your home to take detailed measurements and photos, discuss your priorities and needs in more detail and provide tips and ideas along the way.

Design, Polish + Perfect
We get to work designing! You will gain access to your Client Dashboard where you can find your design board, floor plan and more in one convenient place. We tweak the design as needed until it’s just right.

Procurement + Delivery
We act as your Purchasing Concierge, working efficiently behind the scenes with vendors and retailers to procure and deliver your items, while also scheduling and overseeing any outside trades or services. Through our project management software, we carefully monitor shipments and deliveries in preparation for our much anticipated Set Up, Style + Reveal Day.

Install + Reveal
*Included in Luxury Suite only. We place all of the furniture and decor according to our floor plan, disposing of any packaging to make sure everything is spick and span, and handle all of the finishing touches until it’s “just so”, as my Grandmother would say. Then it’s time for EVERYONE’s favorite part, the big reveal! Prepare for happy tears as we walk you through this special space, where so many beautiful memories are about to be made. Don’t worry, we provide tissues too!
Virtual Design Packages

Questionnaire + Discovery Call
Once you click “Book Your Discovery Call”, you will be prompted to fill in our Project Questionnaire and schedule your 30 minute call with Chanel. This allows us to tailor your custom proposal and timeline exactly to your needs, which you will receive within 48 hours. When the proposal is approved, you will receive our room templates for photos and measurements and be able to schedule your Virtual Consultation.

Consultation + Virtual Walk-Through
At our Design Consult, we will preview the space virtually with you alongside your room templates, discuss your goals in more depth around decor, function, and flow, and review how we can make it as unique as your little one on the way.

Design + Amend
We take it from here, and get to work designing your space! You will be able to review your Floor Plan, Design Concept Board and Click-to-Shop Item List easily on your Client Dashboard. We receive your feedback and promptly submit any product swaps that may be needed.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer 2 or 4 month payment plans for The Suite Pea’s services and/or packages. You will be able to select your preferred plan on your custom proposal. Please note payment plans cannot be provided for advance purchase of merchandise or third party vendors.

What happens if an item needs to be returned?
For all of our design packages, we are happy to coordinate returns for you. Return policies are dictated by the vendor, including the acceptable time window which is usually 30 days. Any custom-made or final sale items cannot be returned. All return requests can be sent to info@thesuitepea.com. Please include “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject and we will make arrangements to have a label sent to you, or arrange for a pick up. Once the item has been received and refunded by the retailer, a credit will be applied back to you immediately. Please note refunds related to shipping costs are also dictated by the vendor policy.

How do I schedule in-home deliveries?

What if an item I want goes out of stock?
If an item is no longer available, we will promptly check with the vendor to see when it will be back in stock. If timing allows, we can still plan to purchase it if it is an absolute “love” item. We will also source a comparable alternative to make sure all our bases are covered.

When should I purchase the items on my click-to-shop item list?
We recommend purchasing all approved items within 2 weeks. This is to avoid items becoming backordered or sold out.
